Hello everyone! I'm looking for an Affiliate Manager (FinTech).

We are a fintech product that is actively scaling its partner direction. We work with various GEOs, test combinations, and build a strong affiliate ecosystem.

⚡️ Your responsibilities: — Development and scaling of partner directions — Onboarding and launching new offers — Searching and attracting webmasters, building funnels — Working with the current partner base — Communication and support of webmasters — Quality and efficiency control of traffic — Analysis of metrics (CPA, CR, ROI), optimization, and identification of growth areas — Traffic management and improvement of its efficiency

⚡️ What's important: — Mandatory experience in the PDL vertical — Experience in affiliate marketing — Experience interacting with webmasters and traffic sources — Skills in working with analytics and making data-driven decisions — Strong analytical thinking and result orientation
