Affiliate Manager (FinTech|MFO)
Work format: remote, 5/2 schedule Salary: fixed rate + KPI (discussed individually depending on experience)
Description: We are actively growing, developing several GEOs simultaneously and strengthening the affiliate direction. We are now looking for an Affiliate Manager who will help us develop our partner network and become an important part of the team.
Relevant experience is important to us, as well as a good match in terms of approach to work. We are ready to support our new colleague during the adaptation period, share our expertise, and build a strong affiliate direction together.
Tasks: • Search, connection, and development of partners and webmasters in the MFO vertical • Development and scaling of the affiliate direction in the CIS markets and other GEOs • Analysis of traffic quality, key metrics, and partner campaign effectiveness • Work with traffic purchase and resale • Optimization of indicators and search for new growth points • Market, competitor, and new scaling opportunity monitoring • Participation in specialized conferences and industry events
Requirements: • From 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager • Experience in the MFO/Fintech vertical • Experience working with CIS markets • Understanding of affiliate models, CPA marketing, and performance approaches • Experience in the MFO/Fintech vertical • Having your own partner base will be a plus • Independence, proactivity, and result-orientation
