The main goal is to build strong long-term relationships, grow traffic volumes, and proactively prevent churn.
Responsibilities: 🔸 Retention and Development: support existing partners at all stages, maintain regular communication. 🔸 Working with Churn: prevent partner suspensions, identify reasons for traffic drops, and re-engage webmasters who have paused cooperation. 🔸 Traffic Control: analyze the quality and volume of attracted traffic, evaluate channel effectiveness. 🔸 Negotiations: agree on the best cooperation terms and maintain a win-win balance. 🔸 KPI Achievement: meet planned targets for traffic volume and acquisition. 🔸 Reporting: prepare regular reports on work results.
What we expect from the candidate: 🔹 At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming sphere. 🔹 Solid understanding of affiliate marketing principles, performance models, and partnership schemes (CPA, CPL, CPS). 🔹 Excellent negotiation skills, empathy, and ability to build long-term relationships. 🔹 Analytical mindset, ability to work with numbers, and advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. 🔹 Independence, proactivity, and result-orientation.
