🙌Main responsibilities Searching for and attracting new partners through various channels. Conducting negotiations and supporting partners at all stages of cooperation. Building and maintaining long-term partner relationships. Working with offers, GEOs, and cooperation models. Analyzing traffic quality and efficiency. Meeting planned KPIs and developing the affiliate network. Interacting with internal teams to improve results. Participating in industry conferences and networking events.

🙌Our expectations Experience as an Affiliate Manager for at least 1 year in the Crypto\FX niche. Experience working in an affiliate network, with direct advertisers, or partner bases. Understanding of cooperation models CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid. Negotiation and partner relationship development skills. Analytical thinking and results orientation. High level of self-organization and responsibility. English language at B2+ level.
