Responsibilities:

• communication with CPA networks and webmasters • onboarding new partners and developing existing ones • traffic quality control throughout the entire funnel: registrations, applications, approvals, disbursements • working with rates and acquisition costs • reconciliations and control of statistics accuracy • analysis of performance drops and identification of reasons for results decline • scaling partners that show good results • participation in integrations, setting up postbacks and tracking • working with Affise (and AppsFlyer as needed)

What's important:

• confidently work with numbers and analytics • ability to build communication with partners • notice problems and not wait for a separate task if something is underperforming • ability to not only identify a problem but also propose solutions • be attentive to rates, reconciliations, and traffic quality

Experience in CPA, affiliate marketing will be a plus. Experience in MFO, fintech, or other financial products is welcomed.
