Head of Affiliate Marketing (CPA)

Responsibilities:

• Leading the affiliate marketing department: CPA (webmaster platform), partner promo code placements, placements in third-party loyalty programs, etc.;
• Developing strategy and identifying growth opportunities to increase order volume and turnover;
• Managing a team of 2 employees + external contractors;
• Developing the affiliate program for B2B partners;
• Preparing media plans for projects and controlling budgets;
• Monthly reporting;
• Building long-term partnerships;
• Tracking and controlling KPIs (Gross Merchandise Volume, CPA, Average Order Value, CPC, CAC, ROMI, ROI, etc.);
• Setting tasks for the IT team and analysts.

What we expect:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in tools: Metrika, AppsFlyer, Yandex Tracker, PowerBI, PPT, Trello, etc.;
• Successful experience in managing cross-functional projects;
• Experience working with product teams;
