Position: Affiliate Manager at Clicklead (iGaming CPA Network)
What you will do:
- build long-term partnership relations with webmasters and competently handle objections;
- analyze and optimize work with the current partner base;
- accept incoming traffic, onboard new partners;
- participate in online and offline events, present the company's USP and attract partners;
- study partner traffic sources (ASO, SEO, inAPP, PPC, FB, UAC) and select optimal offers for monetization;
- set up and control the functionality of postbacks;
- maintain reporting and track key metrics.
Who we are looking for:
- experience in affiliate programs — from 2 years;
- understanding of the specifics of CPA networks and affiliate programs, knowledge of traffic source types (ASO, SEO, inAPP, PPC, FB, UAC);
- strong communication skills: articulate speech, ability to quickly find common ground with partners, build productive relationships, resolve conflicts and handle objections;
- skills in collecting and analyzing basic statistics metrics;
- knowledge of the market, target audience, client types and main competitors;
- initiative, responsibility and result orientation;
- knowledge of foreign languages — will be an advantage.
