🔥Middle+ / Senior Affiliate Manager (Tier-3, iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a proven track record and understanding of the Tier-3 market specifics! The task is to attract strong teams, scale traffic purchasing, and develop the partner network for our product.

🎯 Responsibilities: •Search for new webmasters and media buying teams (FB/Meta, SEO, ASO, PPC, UAC, In-app, Influence) •Conduct team audits, agree on terms and KPIs, and issue links for traffic. •Perform comprehensive traffic analytics (CAC, GGR, NGR, ROI, ROAS, cohorts), calculate profitability, and guide partners towards scaling. •Control traffic quality with the product team (detecting fraud, multi-accounts, monitoring payment systems). •Set tasks for Design and BI teams, conduct reconciliations, and maintain financial reporting. •Monitor competitors and secure the best market conditions.

💪 Candidate Requirements: •Experience in Affiliate / Performance Marketing for at least 2 years (in iGaming / Betting — from 1 year). •Proven successful experience working with Tier-3 (specific GEOs, sources, and ROI). •Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, and traffic proxy metrics. •Practical experience with trackers, affiliate platforms, and postbacks. •English language proficiency from B2 (for fluent negotiations and correspondence). •Autonomy: the ability to guide a partner from the first contact to stable scaling.

Will be a plus: own partner base (LATAM, Africa, Asia) and experience with Affise, Keitaro, Binom, PowerBI.
