✨ Vacancy: Affiliate Performance Manager — Crypto iGaming

We are looking for a strong Affiliate Performance Manager for an international crypto project developing in the iGaming sphere.

We need a person who can work at the intersection of Affiliate, Performance, and Analytics and turn data about partners and traffic into growth in acquisition, retention, and revenue.

What needs to be done:

• Work with Affiliate Managers on strategy, priorities, KPIs, traffic quality, and terms optimization. • Analyze the effectiveness of partners, traffic sources, campaigns, and GEOs. • Build and test hypotheses on the funnel: Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Monetization. • Plan and analyze A/B, multivariate, and other tests of creatives, landing pages, offers, and mechanics. • Optimize key metrics: ROI, LTV, CPA, CR, Retention, FTD, Deposits, GGR, NGR. • Work with Google Analytics and BI tools to find growth opportunities. • Participate in the allocation of budgets and resources between partners and channels. • Prepare reports and presentations for the CMO on the results of tests, hypotheses, and work with partners. • Monitor competitors, iGaming marketing trends, and best practices in creatives and funnels. • Coordinate creative concepts and technical specifications with CMO, Product, Design, and Marketing. • Work with Analytics and Product on tracking, attribution, and improving funnel visibility.

What is important:

✔ 3+ years of experience in Affiliate / Performance / Growth Marketing, preferably in iGaming / Gambling / Betting. ✔ Good understanding of affiliate marketing and performance economics. ✔ Experience working with acquisition funnels and optimizing traffic quality. ✔ Practical experience in A/B testing, hypotheses, and conversion optimization. ✔ Strong analytical skills + experience working with Google Analytics and/or its equivalents. ✔ Understanding of ROI, LTV, CPA, CR, Retention, GGR, NGR. ✔ Experience interacting with Affiliate Managers and optimizing partner performance. ✔ Ability to work with large volumes of data and turn analytics into concrete actions. ✔ Strong communication and presentation skills. ✔ English B2+.
