#vacancy #affiliate #igaming Hello everyone! I am looking for an Affiliate Manager in an iGaming company.
Responsibilities: • Search and attract new partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, website owners) • Maintain and develop relationships with the current base. • Monitor traffic quality and meet FTD/Regs targets. • Constantly monitor profitability (LTV, ROI) and retain active partners. • Negotiate cooperation terms (CPA, RevShare up to 50%, Hybrid). • Analyze the quality of incoming traffic and control KPI fulfillment.
Requirements: • 1+ year of experience in iGaming/Betting in a similar position. • Deep understanding of performance metrics. • Ability to calculate user LTV (Lifetime Value) and forecast partner profitability in the long run. • Skill in working with various payment models: understanding how to set Baseline and Wager to minimize company risks. • Skills in tough negotiations and objection handling. • Understanding of technical aspects: how trackers work, why postbacks are needed. • Ability to analyze competitors and find new approaches to traffic driving. • Polish B2 and above. • English B2 and above.
