Head of Affiliates

We need a Head/C-level manager, not just a strong traffic manager. Task: take full responsibility for the affiliate channel, from strategy and P&L to the partner network and team.

Responsibilities

Channel Strategy and P&L: CPA, LTV, ROI control Goals for markets and partner tiers, decomposition into team KPIs Work with all types of affiliates: SEO, FB, TikTok, streamers, tipsters, influencers, networks, and media buying Segmentation and retention of key partners. Priority on traffic quality and player value, not volume Negotiations and deal structures: RevShare, CPA, Hybrid Event and conference participation strategy: where to be, why, and with what results Launch and optimization of campaigns together with Brand, CRM, Product, and regional marketing Escalations and negotiations at the top partner level Hiring, development, and team growth Compliance and Responsible Gaming with Legal & Compliance Market, competitor, and new tool monitoring

Candidate Requirements ✅ 5+ years in iGaming, including 3+ years as Head of Affiliates ✅ Team management experience (3+ direct reports) and strong management skills ✅ Experience with white markets, key ones: Nordics and Netherlands, real experience with local licenses ✅ Strong network: top affiliates, networks, media buying teams ✅ Commercial background: P&L, unit economics (NGR, LTV, ROI), all deal models ✅ Experience with tracking and anti-fraud (Cellxpert, NetRefer, Income Access, etc.) ➕ Bonus points for: experience with grey markets, crypto vertical

Expectations in 12 Months 🎯 NGR and FTD growth from the affiliate channel 🎯 CPA and ROI within agreed budgets 🎯 Growth in the share of active and valuable partners in the portfolio 🎯 Zero regulatory and compliance incidents
