Position: Head of Affiliate
Work Format: Remote
A leading international iGaming company is seeking a Head of Affiliate to lead the affiliate division, scale the partner network, and develop the team.
Key Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of affiliate strategy. • Management of the Affiliate Managers team. • Acquisition and development of key partners. • Scaling the partner network in international markets. • Analysis of channel effectiveness and work with metrics (FTD, NGR, CPA, RevShare, ROI). • Participation in industry conferences and development of partner relationships.
Who we are looking for: • Experience in iGaming as a Head of Affiliate. • Experience working with tier-1 countries without licenses. • Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models. • Experience working with large budgets of $1M+.
