Remote (outside of the Russian Federation)**

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager capable of rapidly scaling the affiliate direction through their own partner base. The key task is to attract and scale quality traffic through webmasters, as well as to build long-term partnerships with a focus on ROI and LTV. A significant competitive advantage for a candidate is having their own base of webmasters (GEO: LATAM, CIS), which allows for generating volume in the very first weeks of work.

Your responsibilities will include: • Onboarding and activating webmasters, including those from your own base • Searching for new partners: arbitrage teams, solo webmasters, SEO • Managing and developing current partnerships, negotiating cooperation terms • Launching and scaling traffic across GEOs: LATAM, CIS • Monitoring traffic quality, working with antifraud systems, filtering out ineffective traffic • Optimizing campaigns and offers, ensuring stable volumes • Analyzing key metrics: ROI, LTV, Conversion Rate, EPC • Working with trackers (Keitaro) and BI systems • Interacting with teams (Product, Finance, Support)

Requirements: • Affiliate marketing experience of 2-3 years in the iGaming / Gambling sector • Own base of webmasters (priority GEOs: LATAM, CIS) • Proven ability to launch traffic quickly after entering the role • Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models • Solid understanding of metrics: ROI, LTV, CR, EPC • Experience with antifraud systems and traffic quality control • Native Russian speaker, English B2+ • Bonus points for: connections with arbitrage teams, understanding of retention / CRM

Working conditions: • Fully remote format, any location except the Russian Federation • Direct influence on the affiliate direction strategy • Collaboration with a strong marketing and CRM team
