Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

An international iGaming company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager.

Work format: remote

What we expect from the candidate: • At least 2 years of experience in iGaming❗️ • Experience working on the direct advertiser's side • Own partner base (preferably LATAM: Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina) • Deep understanding of the CPA model, affiliate marketing, and main traffic sources • Skills in analyzing traffic and key performance indicators (registrations, deposits, Retention, LTV, etc.) • Experience in identifying and preventing fraudulent traffic • Proficient English for business communication (knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage)

Main tasks: • Searching for, attracting, and onboarding new partners, including cold outreach • Supporting and developing existing partner relationships • Handling incoming partner inquiries • Analyzing traffic quality and partner performance • Monitoring KPI fulfillment and fraudulent activity • Preparing reports and working with analytical data • Building long-term cooperation with partners
