✨ Vacancy: Affiliate Manager — MENA (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our international iGaming team and grow our affiliate network across North African markets: Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt and Libya.

What you have to do: • Develop and scale the affiliate network across North Africa. • Search for new partners in Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt and Libya. • Conduct outreach, negotiations and onboarding with affiliates and media partners. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners. • Work with RevShare, CPA and Hybrid deals. • Activate new partners and monitor their first FTDs. • Segment affiliates to optimize ROI, LTV and retention. • Analyze traffic quality: deposits, FTDs, GGR, player behavior and overall performance. • Identify the most перспективные traffic sources and scale high-quality partners. • Manage CRM and reporting tools (Google Sheets / Excel). • Test new partners according to internal quality standards. • Identify and reduce fraud risks while building long-term, ROI-positive traffic channels.

What is important to us: ✔ 2+ years of proven Affiliate Manager experience in iGaming. ✔ Strong experience working with North African markets, preferably Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt and Libya. ✔ An active or established affiliate network in these GEOs. ✔ Understanding of the local affiliate landscape and traffic sources. ✔ Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models. ✔ Good knowledge of affiliate traffic analytics: FTD, LTV, ROI, retention and Clean GGR. ✔ Ability to evaluate traffic quality and partner performance. ✔ Basic understanding of anti-fraud processes. ✔ Fluent English and French. ✔ Knowledge of Arabic will be a strong advantage.
