** Head of Affiliates — MENA** 🌍 Fully remote | B2C iGaming We’re looking for a Head of Affiliates to take ownership of affiliate growth at an established iGaming product. You’ll have room to shape the channel, develop the team, and turn growth opportunities into profitable partnerships.

What you’ll do

• Audit the affiliate function, spot growth opportunities, and set priorities.
• Lead and develop the team, building processes that scale.
• Grow the partner network across existing GEOs and support new market launches.
• Optimize RS, Hybrid, and CPA deals with a clear focus on traffic quality and profitability.
• Develop the Influencer channel and build long-term relationships with strategic partners.

What you’ll bring

• Experience as a Head of Affiliates in B2C iGaming or Sports Betting.
• Hands-on experience across Tier-3 GEOs.
• A track record of building teams, improving processes, and delivering measurable growth — we’d love to hear your before-and-after numbers.
• Strong knowledge of RS, Hybrid, and CPA, plus experience with Influencers, SEO, and In-App traffic.
• Confidence with data and unit economics: you understand what makes a partner valuable and a channel profitable.
• The initiative to find opportunities and the ownership to see them through.
