Team Lead / Head of Affiliates (MENA/Africa)

We are looking for a Team Lead / Head of Affiliates with strong expertise in the MENA and Africa markets for a large international iGaming holding company with a portfolio of B2C brands.

This role is for someone who can not only manage an affiliate network but also build the affiliate direction, develop a team, find new traffic sources, and directly influence business results.

What you will be doing: • Develop the affiliate direction in MENA / Africa markets and be responsible for its results. • Manage the team, build processes, and improve work efficiency. • Develop various traffic sources: Influencer, SEO, Social, PPC, and other affiliate channels. • Analyze traffic quality, partner effectiveness, and key business metrics. • Participate in hiring, development, and team building.

Who we are looking for: • Experience in Affiliate Marketing at a Senior / Team Lead / Head level in any high-risk vertical (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, FinTech, etc.). • Experience in team management and process building. • Experience with partner models RS, CPA, Hybrid. • Ability to evaluate partner effectiveness, analyze traffic, and make decisions based on data. • Independence, proactivity, and readiness to take responsibility for results.
