We are looking for a Head of Affiliates for an active iGaming product who can take charge of the development of the affiliate direction and directly influence its results.

What you will be doing:

• Develop the affiliate direction and be responsible for its results.
• Conduct an audit of current processes, team, and partner network.
• Build and optimize work with partners.
• Scale working traffic sources and search for new ones.
• Form and develop a team, independently hiring new specialists.
• Participate in the launch and development of new GEOs.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing in iGaming for over 3 years.
• Experience working with Tier-2 / Tier-3 markets.
• Experience working with Social (Telegram channels, FB public pages, etc.), Influencer, SEO, PPC, and other traffic sources.
• Experience in team management and hiring specialists.
• Independence, responsibility, and result-orientation.

Experience with any of these GEOs is of interest: Ethiopia, Tanzania, Zambia, Brazil, Chile, Morocco, Pakistan, Egypt, Mexico, Kyrgyzstan, Asia.
