We are looking for a strong leader to manage and scale a major affiliate vertical in the Asian markets. The product operates on its own platforms, actively processes volumes, and develops direct work with local partners and influencers.

Format: Remote
Employment: Full-time
Salary Range: Discussed individually (high fixed salary + transparent profit-sharing bonus from the vertical)
Team Management: Around 30 specialists (distributed structure, team leads, local managers in target countries)

Tasks and Areas of Responsibility

Key Focus: Strategic scaling of markets in South and Southeast Asia.
Specifics: Building systematic work with local webmasters, influencers, Telegram/WhatsApp communities, and networks (RevShare / Hybrid / CPA models).

• Management of a distributed affiliate structure: goal setting, KPI decomposition by geo and units, process optimization, and additional hiring.
• Control of P&L and key unit economics: FTD, Deposits, GGR, NGR, cohort LTV, traffic ROI.
• Personal closing of top partners and conducting complex commercial negotiations.

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing in the iGaming / Gambling / Betting niche.
• Proven experience in managing large distributed teams (from 15–20+ people).
• Deep understanding of the specifics of Tier-3 Asian markets (player behavior, payment solutions, local traffic specifics).
• Practical experience working with local influencers, local communities, and webmasters.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) for synchronization with international units and locals.
