❗️ Areas of responsibility: • Leading a team of affiliate managers • Setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and developing the team • Onboarding new partners and actively working with our existing base • Managing budgets and traffic: planning, scaling, optimization • Analyzing traffic quality and the effectiveness of connections (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid)

What is important to us: • iGaming / Betting experience of 2-3 years • We are ready to consider Senior/Lead/Head with experience in Africa GEO • English from B2 • Focus on profit and growth, not just process management • Having your own partner base will be a strong advantage • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
