We are Zexter – an ambitious product creating its own technological ecosystem in the iGaming sphere.

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager with iGaming experience to develop our affiliate program and scale traffic through affiliate channels.

You will be responsible for building and developing a partner network, attracting new webmasters, and increasing the volume of quality traffic.

Responsibilities

• Development of the affiliate program and affiliate direction
• Search, attraction, and onboarding of new partners
• Working with existing partners, development, and retention
• Searching for and interacting with webmasters (Telegram, CPA networks, conferences, crypto-communities)
• Launching and supporting affiliate campaigns
• Managing advertising materials (banners, landing pages, promotions, bonuses)
• Conducting negotiations and agreeing on cooperation terms
• Working with payment models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
• Analyzing traffic and partner effectiveness
• Working with key metrics: FTD, RD, LTV, ROI
• Scaling successful partners and launching new GEOs

Requirements

• Affiliate Manager experience of 2–3 years (iGaming / Gambling required)
• Experience working with webmasters, CPA networks, and affiliate platforms
• Understanding of key metrics (FTD, CPA, RevShare, LTV, ROI)
• Experience with crypto products will be an advantage
• Developed communication and negotiation skills
• Autonomy and results-orientation
• English B2+ (Spoken)
