Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming: Africa, MENA & Asia)

We are looking for a strong and autonomous Senior Affiliate Manager to scale our affiliate network in the fast-growing markets of Africa, MENA, and Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Attraction and onboarding of partners for target regions: webmasters, media buying teams, influencers, and local agents.
• Systematic development of the existing affiliate base and scaling of quality traffic volumes.
• Agreement of commercial terms and management of deals under RevShare, Hybrid, Fix, CPA models.
• Working with key traffic sources: SEO, Telegram, Influencer Marketing, Social Media.
• Analysis of funnel metrics: FTD, NGR, GGR, ROI, Retention, Conversion Rate, fraud prevention.
• Testing new countries, launching promising GEOs, and market monitoring.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming niche (Betting / Casino).

• Proven experience in attracting partners and scaling traffic in the Africa and/or MENA markets.

• Deep understanding of deal economics (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, Fix) and profitability indicators.

• Strong negotiation skills and independence in decision-making.

• English language — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.

• Plus points would be: own active partner base for the region, experience in building new GEOs from scratch, knowledge of French or Arabic.
