Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager. Fluency in mathematics. Excellent knowledge of FTD, CPA, LTV, OAS, NGR, Admin Fee metrics and the ability to calculate real margin. Experience with large budgets, hybrid deals, and prepays. Understanding of the mechanics of the main traffic sources: how SEO, ASO, Telegram networks, email newsletters work, and the main types of fraud. Strong analytics: Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI. Readiness to analyze real cases and confirm results with numbers. Will be a plus: Own CIS network and partners. Experience working with multiple brands and understanding cannibalization. Mentoring and developing junior colleagues. Understanding of how balancers, redirectors, and mirrors work.
