🔹 Responsibilities: • Search, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with current partners • Monitor traffic quality and volume • Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and optimize metrics • Maintain reporting and analytics for the affiliate program • Participate in scaling strategy development • Interact with other departments (marketing, analytics, sales)

🔹 Requirements: • Experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing will be an advantage • Understanding of CPA/CPL/CPS models • Negotiation and communication skills • Analytical thinking • Ability to work with spreadsheets and reports • Responsibility and results orientation • Possibility to work with Mexico's schedule in the future (~09:00-18:00)
