An international company invites an Affiliate Manager to join the marketing department. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented specialist ready to develop the affiliate program and scale traffic.

🔹 Responsibilities:
- Search, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with current partners
- Control traffic quality and volume
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and optimize performance metrics
- Maintain reporting and analytics for the affiliate program
- Participate in scaling strategy development
- Liaise with other departments (marketing, analytics, sales)

🔹 Requirements:
- Experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a plus
- Understanding of CPA/CPL/CPS models
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and reports
- Responsibility and results orientation
- Availability to work with Mexico's time zone in the future (~09:00-18:00)
