We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for a new product in the astrology and meditation niche (CIS market). We need a specialist who is ready to build a channel from scratch and scale it.

What you will do: — Independently find and connect CPA/affiliate partners — Work with influencers and relevant communities (chats, channels) — Conduct negotiations and agree on terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid) — Control tracking and partner launches — Calculate and analyze metrics (CR, EPC, LTV, ROI) — Manage channel economics and profitability — Scale effective traffic sources and disable inefficient ones — Closely interact with the Commercial Director and the team

What is important: — 2+ years in affiliate / CPA / performance marketing — Experience in finding partners (not just working with inbound) — Understanding of traffic metrics and economics — Experience working with influence / bloggers — Ability to negotiate and evaluate terms — Experience with subscription products, experience in meditation / astrology / similar niches

Start: April–May
