Affiliate Manager (USA)

Remote | Full-time

Main tasks: • Building and scaling a partner network in the USA (Tier 1) • Searching, onboarding, and developing new affiliates • Negotiating terms, rates, and cooperation models • Analyzing performance, optimizing and scaling traffic sources • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) • Participating in industry conferences and events

Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (sweepstakes is a plus) • Practical experience working with USA / Tier 1 GEO • Understanding of tracking, KPIs, metrics (CR, ROI, LTV, etc.) • Ability to find working traffic sources and scale them • Strong negotiation and long-term partnership building skills • Fluent English

Will be a plus: • Existing partner base • Experience with high budgets • Attendance at industry events / networking in the niche
