We are an international iGaming brand expanding into new markets and are looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop the **Uzbekistan / **Azerbaijan 🇦🇿 market.

🚨 IMPORTANT: **Fluent Uzbek / **Azerbaijani is a mandatory requirement for this role.

🎯 Responsibilities

🤝 Search for and onboard affiliate partners and webmasters in Uzbekistan 📈 Grow and scale the affiliate network within the GEO 💼 Manage the full affiliate lifecycle: negotiations, onboarding, launches, and relationship management 💸 Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid partnership models 📊 Analyze traffic performance (FTDs, deposits, ROI, retention) 🚀 Optimize and scale high-performing partners 🔍 Monitor the local market and competitor activity

✅ Requirements

✔️ Fluent Uzbek / Azerbaijan (mandatory) ✔️ Strong understanding of the Uzbekistan market and audience ✔️ English at a working level ✔️ Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing is a plus ✔️ Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models ✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and KPI management skills
