Affiliate Manager (Uzbekistan | Remote)

We are an international iGaming brand expanding our presence in new markets. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop our partner network in Uzbekistan.

Mandatory requirement: fluent Uzbek language and Russian for the interview process.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Searching, attracting, and developing affiliates and webmasters in Uzbekistan.
• Developing and scaling the partner network.
• Full partner support: search, negotiation, onboarding, and development.
• Working with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Analysis of key performance indicators: FTD, deposits, ROI, Retention.
• Optimization and scaling of effective partners and traffic sources.

✅ Requirements

• Fluent Uzbek language.
• MANDATORY - Experience in affiliate marketing (preferably in igaming).
• Experience working with affiliates and webmasters.
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with KPIs.
• English language at a working level.
