🚀 Affiliate Manager (Uzbekistan & Azerbaijan) | Remote

We are an international iGaming company actively expanding our presence in new markets. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop our affiliate network in Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

🚨 Important: for this role, fluency in Uzbek or Azerbaijani (depending on the GEO) is required, as well as in Russian for interviews and internal communication.

🎯 Responsibilities

🤝 Sourcing, attracting, and developing affiliates and webmasters in Uzbekistan and/or Azerbaijan.

📈 Developing and scaling the affiliate network.

💼 Full partner support: sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing development.

💸 Working with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.

📊 Analyzing key performance indicators: FTD, Deposits, ROI, Retention.

🚀 Optimizing and scaling the most effective partners and traffic sources.

✅ We expect

✔️ Fluency in Uzbek or Azerbaijani.

✔️ Fluency in Russian.

✔️ MANDATORY experience in affiliate marketing (iGaming experience will be an advantage).

✔️ Experience working with affiliates and webmasters.

✔️ Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.

✔️ Analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs.

✔️ English at a working level.
