🚀 We’re Hiring: Affiliate Manager (Asia Markets) Junior / Middle / Senior 📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus We are expanding our Affiliate team and looking for Affiliate Managers to grow our presence across Asian markets. We are open to candidates at different experience levels — from Junior to Senior.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Search for and acquire new affiliate partners across Asian markets.
• Onboard, support, and develop affiliate partners.
• Negotiate cooperation terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
• Scale traffic volumes and identify new growth opportunities.
• Analyze traffic quality and key performance metrics.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities across Asian GEOs.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the affiliate channel.

📌 Requirements:

• For Middle/Senior candidates — previous Affiliate Marketing experience in iGaming and a strong understanding of Asian markets.
• For Junior candidates — limited experience is acceptable, with strong motivation to develop a career in iGaming Affiliate Marketing.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Bengali/Bangla, Sinhala, Tamil, or Filipino/Tagalog.
• English — B1 or higher.
• Knowledge of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and key affiliate metrics is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to actively search for and develop new affiliate partners.
• An existing network of affiliate partners across Asian markets is a strong advantage.
