Senior Affiliate Manager (Tier 1 Markets)

Responsibilities

• Management and development of the affiliate network (affiliates) in Tier 1 markets
• Search, attraction, and onboarding of new high-quality partners
• Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key affiliates
• Analysis of traffic efficiency (ROI, LTV, CPA, CR, etc.)
• Optimization of affiliate campaigns to increase profitability
• Negotiation of cooperation terms and payouts
• Traffic quality control and fraud prevention
• Interaction with marketing, product, and analytics teams
• Market and competitor monitoring

Requirements

• Affiliate Manager experience of 3–5 years (mandatory with Tier 1 markets)
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Having your own partner base will be an advantage
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics
• Fluent English (not lower than Upper-Intermediate / Advanced)
• Experience with trackers (HasOffers / Tune, Affise, Everflow, etc.)
• Independence and result-orientation

Will be a plus

• Understanding of compliance requirements for Tier 1 markets
• Experience working with large budgets
