We are looking for a Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager for our office in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The company is under NDA. It is an international company with a strong performance culture, growing its affiliate program. You will be part of the performance marketing team and will become a key person for working with partners: affiliates, influencers, and publishers.

What is important: ✅ You already live in Cyprus and are ready to work from the office ✅ Experience in affiliate, performance, or digital marketing: Middle from 1.5 years, Senior from 4 years ✅ Understand metrics like EPC, LTV, CR, CTR and know how to optimize campaigns based on them ✅ Confidently work with spreadsheets and dashboards ✅ Ability to negotiate and build relationships with partners ✅ English B2 (the team does not speak Russian) ➕ Experience in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce and knowledge of affiliate platforms will be a plus

What you will be doing: 🔹 Finding, onboarding, and managing strong affiliates, influencers, and publishers 🔹 Optimizing campaigns: testing, data analysis, ROI-focused decisions 🔹 Negotiating terms and being the main point of contact for partners 🔹 Analyzing results, scaling what works, and fixing what doesn't 🔹 Collaborating with design, development, media buying, and content teams 🔹 Representing the company at industry conferences
