We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and scale the influencer direction in the Global South markets with a focus on LATAM, Southeast Asia, and South Asia.

The company assists with relocation and work visas for the employee and their family.

⚡️Responsibilities: — Find and connect with influencers, KOLs, and IB partners; — Manage the full cycle: search, outreach, negotiation, launch, and support; — Analyze audience, traffic quality, engagement, and fraud; — Evaluate campaigns by FTD, Revenue, CPD, ROI, and scale effective combinations; — Test new GEOs, formats, and collaboration models; — Work with bloggers, agencies, and analytical platforms; — Supervise 1-2 Junior/Middle managers.

💡What is important to us: — 4+ years in influencer marketing, 2+ years in a similar role; — Experience in independently searching for bloggers, negotiating, and launching integrations; — Understanding of performance approach and key metrics; — Strong analytical and negotiation skills; — Experience with Modash or similar tools; — English B2/C1.

A plus would be experience in trading, fintech, crypto, iGaming, affiliate/performance marketing, working with LATAM, SEA, or South Asia, Spanish/Portuguese languages.
