Affiliate Manager (Junior / Middle / Senior) | iGaming
An iGaming company is expanding its Affiliate team and is looking for Affiliate Managers of various levels - from Junior to Senior (remote)
If you already have experience in affiliate/iGaming - we will be happy to meet you. If you don't have direct experience yet, but have a strong background in sales, account management, business development, digital/performance marketing, or partner relations and a desire to grow in iGaming - we are also considering you.
📌 Your responsibilities will include:
- Searching for and attracting new affiliate partners
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners
- Conducting negotiations and agreeing on commercial terms of cooperation
- Working with models CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
- Analyzing partner performance and traffic quality
- Identifying opportunities to increase volumes and scale effective partners
- Assisting partners with ongoing issues and promptly resolving emerging problems
- Monitoring the market, competitors, new GEOs, and traffic sources
- Maintaining performance reports.

- Analytical thinking and readiness to work with numbers
- English language proficiency sufficient for communication and correspondence with partners
- For Middle/Senior - practical experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in iGaming
- For Junior - experience in related fields will be an advantage, and we are ready to train in the specifics of Affiliate Marketing.
