Influencer Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for a strong Team Lead to head the influencer marketing direction and scale user acquisition through influencers and partnerships in international markets.

🏆 What you will be doing:

– Developing and implementing the influencer marketing strategy; – Scaling channels through influencers and integrations; – Developing international markets (LATAM, Asia, MENA, etc.); – Building relationships with key influencers; – Managing the team: hiring, development, KPIs; – Leading integrations (YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, X/Twitter, etc.); – Monitoring campaign quality, effectiveness, budgets, and metrics; – Collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams.

🔍 What is important to us:

– 3+ years in Influencer Marketing / Partnerships / Business Development; – Experience in team management (Team Lead / Head); – Strong negotiation skills and partnership experience; – Experience working with international influencers; – Understanding of performance metrics and analytics; – English B2+.

Will be a plus:

– Experience with YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter; – Background in digital / tech / fintech / crypto; – Experience with performance campaigns with influencers.
