Lead Influence Manager (Fintech)

We are looking for a strong "player-coach" — a leader who maintains daily practice and knows the market from the inside.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a team of influence managers, distributing tasks, overseeing work, and reporting.
- Finding and contacting potential influencers for collaborations and integrations (directly, through agents, agencies), conducting negotiations for cooperation.
- Preparing advertising materials for integration with influencers, promotions (and anything else that can attract audience attention with a non-standard approach).
- Analyzing the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and preparing performance reports.
- Auditing competitor activities and tracking market trends.
- Developing and implementing attraction strategies and optimizing placements on influencer channels (YouTube platforms, etc.).
Our expectations:
- Experience in Influence Marketing — from 3 years.
- Experience working with international markets.
- Experience in niches such as iGaming, Fintech, etc., will be a significant plus.
- Fluency in analytics tools.
- Ability to manage budgets.
- Team management skills: Ability to set up transparent KPIs, fact-check completed work, and demand results, not just process.
