Affiliate Manager (LATAM)

🚀 We’re Hiring: Affiliate Manager (LATAM) 🇨🇾 Limassol, Cyprus | On-site We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build and grow a network of affiliate partners in Argentina and other LATAM markets. This is a partnership-focused role, ideal for someone with an established network of local affiliates, publishers, and traffic partners. No media buying involved!

🔑 Key Responsibilities: Build and manage affiliate partnerships in Argentina Develop long-term relationships with affiliates, publishers, and local traffic partners Negotiate and coordinate commercial terms: RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid deals Monitor performance metrics, including FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams Ensure partners follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements

✅ Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate / Partnership Management or Business Development Proven experience in the Argentina market An existing network of active affiliates, publishers, or local traffic partners Understanding of RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid models and affiliate KPIs Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment ⭐️ A strong network of regional affiliates and media partners is a major advantage!
