About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to be responsible for the development and management of an iGaming partner portfolio. The main goal is to scale traffic, build long-term partnerships, and achieve high business results.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and developing the affiliate partner portfolio. Searching for and attracting new partners. Supporting existing partners to achieve their KPIs. Conducting negotiations, agreeing on commercial terms, and managing contracts. Analyzing partner performance and optimizing traffic quality. Regular communication with partners (calls, emails, online and offline meetings).

Our Expectations

2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming niche. Experience in online marketing or sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage). Analytical thinking and result-oriented approach.
