An international iGaming company developing its own affiliate ecosystem and working with major operators worldwide. Now the team is actively expanding and is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for the full cycle of partner work — from search and attraction to launch, development, and further management.

What you will do: — Search for and attract new affiliate partners; — Build and develop long-term relationships with affiliates; — Conduct negotiations and agree on terms of cooperation; — Launch new partners and control the integration process; — Track results and traffic quality; — Work with partner KPIs and metrics; — Interact with iGaming operators and internal teams; — Manage up to 5 operators simultaneously; — Develop the affiliate direction in assigned GEOs.

What will be important: — 2–3+ years of experience specifically as an Affiliate Manager from the iGaming product/network side; — Experience working with affiliate networks, operators, or iGaming products; — Strong negotiation and communication skills; — Ability to independently search for and connect new partners; — English — from strong B2 / C1 level; — Armenian citizenship.
