We're looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage partnerships across LATAM markets.

What you'll do 🤝 Manage affiliates, influencers & traffic partners 📊 Analyze performance & optimize campaigns 💬 Coordinate with Marketing & CRM teams 📈 Prepare performance reports & identify growth opportunities 🌎 Focus on Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia & Peru

Requirements ✔️ 1–3 years of Affiliate/Performance Marketing experience (iGaming is a plus) ✔️ Understanding of CPA, RevShare & Hybrid models ✔️ Strong analytical & communication skills ✔️ English required (Spanish is a big plus) ✔️ Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol
