We are creating the designer toy industry in Russia as a form of contemporary art — and we want it to become part of cultural heritage. Each of our products is a source of joy and inspiration, created by a team of like-minded people. We are changing the perception of art objects and toys, and within a 3-5 year horizon, we plan to take leading positions and become the voice of the new industry.

In our portfolio are toys with beloved characters from Soyuzmultfilm and Smeshariki: these are images understandable and close to all generations in Russia, evoking warm emotions and becoming part of family stories.

Key Role of the Position:

A KAM in our company is simultaneously a strategic growth driver, a mentor for sales managers, and a strong performer: we are in a stage of active volume growth, so we need someone who not only closes deals themselves but also builds systems, scales results, and develops the team.

You will be launching collectible toys in federal and regional retail chains, building a distribution system, and initiating special projects — including opening partner retail outlets. Your task is not just to meet targets, but to create reproducible processes: from the first contact to stable shipments, expanding the product range, and replicating successful formats.

It is important to be able to sell not just a product, but its value: to argue compellingly about art, design, and heritage in a way that works in negotiations with key decision-makers of retail chains and partners. Additionally, you need to be a pillar for the team: helping managers achieve results faster, sharing standards, analyzing complex cases, and communicating a unified approach to working with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the distribution strategy through retail chains, partner stores, and distributors, meet sales targets.
• Manage the full cycle of partner relations: search, negotiations, contracts, condition control, product range expansion.
• Oversee special projects and the launch of partner outlets: from initiation to stabilization of performance indicators, develop standards and regulations.
• Mentor sales managers: transfer standards, analyze cases, help close deals.
• Analyze performance, generate reports, propose improvements based on data.
• Promptly resolve crisis situations, maintain long-term relationships.
• Document best practices as regulations and templates for scaling.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• KAM / Senior Distribution Development Manager experience of 3+ years (including in the toy segment; preferably in FMCG, retail, design, souvenirs, home goods, or gifts).
• Proven experience launching products into federal and regional retail chains.
• Experience opening and launching retail outlets (own or partner) with documented reproducible standards.
• Ability to negotiate at all levels — from category managers to top management of retail chains.
• Contract negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal aspects of partnerships.
• Experience launching special projects with budgets, deadlines, and KPIs.
• Ability to train and support a team, transfer standards, and help managers achieve targets.
• Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making based on metrics.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, BI systems) and experience automating reporting.
• Willingness for active meetings and expanding sales geography.

Will be especially valuable:

• Experience in the premium/luxury niche, art objects, designer and collectible goods.
• A database of contacts in the gift, toy, interior design, or collectible item segments.
• Interest in contemporary art and design.
