Key Account Development Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Development Manager who is not afraid of challenges and strives for new heights.

What you need to do:

1. Fulfill plans for sales volume, profitability, and listing of new items with clients
2. Participate in the preparation and conduct of negotiations, agree and sign contracts, addendums, and additional agreements in 1C
3. Control the fulfillment of supply agreement terms, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure timely document flow
4. Develop the assortment matrix of clients, analyze the assortment, and introduce new items
5. Plan, control, and analyze sales by client, calculate margins by client and brand
6. Generate orders in Axapta, control shipments and volume pick-up, issue Universal Transfer Documents (UTD) and Universal Correction Documents (UCD)
7. Build and develop partner relationships with clients
8. Create and implement trade marketing activities, evaluate their effectiveness, and control the budget
9. Assist in sales planning and forecasting
10. Analyze the competitive environment and monitor competitor activities

What we expect from the candidate:

1. At least 3 years of experience as a KAM manager with FMCG products, mandatory in the perfumery and cosmetics sector
2. Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
3. Knowledge of 1C or Axapta (order generation, document flow)
4. Understanding of P&L, basic financial literacy
5. Analytical mindset, systemic approach, results orientation, communication skills, independence, ability to work in a multitasking environment and in a team
