Special Projects Manager

Syrowarnia is more than just restaurants. It's 65 franchise and owned restaurants across Russia, our own cheese factory, a confectionery production, and Arkady Novikov's brand, which has been around for many years. Every day, hundreds of thousands of guests come to us – they eat our cheese, drink wine, celebrate birthdays, and make marriage proposals at our tables. We are a part of people's lives. And this provides immense resources.

Now we need someone who can turn these resources into money with partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build a partnership system that brings the brand real money and valuable barter. You will find companies that need our audience. You will figure out how to make it interesting for them and profitable for us. You will negotiate. You will package it into a mechanism. You will launch it in restaurants. You will check what works. You will report. And you will go for the next deal.

Specifically, this looks like: — Commercial integrations: partners pay for access to our audience — Barter deals: we receive a valuable product or service in exchange for placement — Cross-promotion: joint promotions with brands that share our values — Special projects: collaborations, limited menus, branded events — Gift fund for franchisees: we provide partners with tools for growth
