#vacancy #moscow Hoff team is looking for a leader in B2B sales development (developers, HoReCa, distributors, landlords)
We are looking for an experienced manager who can rethink the current role of the B2B direction in the company, audit processes, and identify focus areas for development.
🔹Main tasks: ✔️Develop a B2B development strategy ✔️Formulate metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of the direction ✔️Identify key clients, define target audience ✔️Analyze current processes, find "bottlenecks", propose solutions for process improvement ✔️Build cross-functional interaction with all employees of the corporate sales department, as well as with related departments
🔹What you will be doing: ✔️Conduct B2B market research, segment audiences, and identify client needs to form relevant services and assortment ✔️Participate in the creation of a competitive B2B product with a focus on convenience for corporate clients and its launch to the market ✔️Design, implement, and optimize internal processes that ensure seamless interaction with the corporate segment ✔️Coordinate work between marketing, commercial directorate, retail direction, and IT departments to achieve common business goals ✔️Manage the cycle of long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensure a high level of loyalty and repeat sales
🔹Our expectations from the candidate: ✔️Deep expertise in B2B sales processes (in related or adjacent industries) ✔️Experience in building B2B sales from scratch or scaling an existing direction ✔️Having your own client portfolio (will be a big plus) ✔️Flexibility in finding new solutions and optimizing existing ones ✔️Proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
