Responsibilities:
- Analysis of the market of potential corporate clients, outreach to key decision-makers, conducting negotiations, discussing terms for contract conclusion;
- Company business development: client search and acquisition, "cold calls", maintaining an existing client base;
- Analysis of the competitive environment by industry (prices, consumers, market trends);
- Participation in improving company services, constant analysis and identification of client needs;
- Development of a technical specification (brief) and initiation of a detailed commercial proposal preparation, focused on client tasks;
- Conducting presentations, negotiations, commercial proposals and defending pricing policy with the client;
- Participation in specialized exhibitions and conferences for business development;
- Development and implementation of a strategy for expanding the client base and entering new markets or segments;
- Ensuring sales of company products (scaling sales volumes and increasing deal closure conversion rates);
- Client support at all stages of cooperation;
- Interaction with related departments;
- Control of document flow and accounts receivable;
- Fulfillment of sales plan.
Requirements:
- Sales or business development experience of 2+ years;
- Strong communication skills, fluent oral and written communication;
- Ability to conduct negotiations independently and confidently close deals;
- Active sales skills, multitasking ability, and full sales cycle management experience;
- Proficient PC user (CRM systems, MS Office / Google Docs, social media);
- Existing contact database is a plus;
Knowledge of the advertising market will be an advantage
