Your tasks will include:
- onboarding and supporting dealers in Avito Select regions;
- building communication with dealers at various levels: salon directors, heads of sales departments, sales managers;
- training dealer teams on the product, work processes, and best practices for using Avito Select;
- developing dealer sales team motivation and providing regular information support;
- monitoring key dealer performance indicators: revenue, conversion, data quality;
- analyzing dealer results, identifying growth opportunities, and proposing improvements;
- handling objections and helping dealers adapt to changes in processes and product;
- participating in hypothesis testing and product development on the dealer side;
- collecting analytical data and timely feedback from dealers for internal Avito teams;
- collaborating with sales, product, marketing, analytics, support, and operational teams;
- participating in public events with dealers, presentations, and meetings.
We expect you to have:
- experience in client support, account management, key account development, or a similar role;
- the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and work with various stakeholder levels;
- experience in client training and conducting presentations;
- the ability to handle objections and manage change on the client's side;
- the ability to analyze, work with data, identify problems, and formulate solutions;
- readiness for business trips — approximately 20% of working time.
