About the team:
Avito Podrabotka is a new service launched by Avito in partnership with OOO «Avito Gig Resheniya». The service helps to find temporary employment without interviews, with online shift booking and payment within 24 hours. The product operates at the intersection of B2B and B2C segments: it helps companies find temporary performers for various tasks (merchandising, goods assembly, shipping, etc.), and users — to quickly find side jobs without unnecessary complications and start shifts not in a week, but in 1 day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- scaling the small business segment to a full self-service flow;
- building external and internal B2B lead generation;
- supporting sales during the launch phase and building a commercial model;
- conducting segment research and achieving product-market fit, including:
- interviews;
- hypothesis testing;
- qualitative analytics on small business segment barriers;
- ensuring the operational stability of the new segment, including:
- onboarding;
- customer service;
- quality metrics for shifts in the small business segment.
We expect you to have:
- participated in launching new products and acted as a partner for the product team;
- experience in closing B2B deals independently and building a funnel from scratch;
- worked with the small business segment: understand the deal cycle, LTV, barriers and pain points of the segment;
- experience with acquisition channels: performance and content for a B2B audience;
- operational experience in client launches: onboarding, customer service management;
- independently conducted research: CustDev, in-depth interviews, formulating and testing hypotheses;
- worked in an IT company with a platform or marketplace model.
