Avito is looking for a Head of Small and Medium Business Development.
Resellers are among the key players in the Avito Auto market. They are professionals who shape its dynamics and development. For the "Resellers" segment, the team provides two key solutions: Avito classifieds and the Kharaba app – a powerful aggregator of car purchase search platforms. They create services that help resellers work more effectively, and the market – become more transparent and technologically advanced.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deeply segmenting the client base and identifying growth points for personalized campaigns through channels: telesales, push, call-bot, and others;
- Developing communication strategies;
- Analyzing and describing sales, support, and marketing business processes;
- Launching A/B tests, formulating and verifying business hypotheses;
- Implementing ML models and artificial intelligence for working with client bases;
- Maintaining knowledge bases and analyzing implemented CRM campaigns;
- Monitoring the achievement of target indicators and implementing improvements;
- Integrating with internal company services;
- Identifying business processes for automation and optimizing them.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in managing a CRM direction for at least 3 years;
- Managed a team of 3 or more people;
- Proven experience in automating sales and marketing;
- Ready to develop and implement a CRM strategy from scratch;
- Deep understanding of client metrics;
- Willingness to dive into business processes;
- Experience in describing current and designing target business processes using various notations;
- Strong structured and analytical thinking;
- Familiarity with basic SQL knowledge.
It would be great if you have:
- Experience working in a company with a large-scale CRM system;
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools;
- Skills in working with data in BI tools;
- Participated in digital transformation projects for business processes.
