Your responsibilities will include:
- making outbound calls to car owners who participated in online auctions;
- helping owners choose a buyer (dealership);
- coordinating the sales process: organizing meetings, supporting the client at all stages, and tracking statuses;
- maintaining and daily updating the client database in the CRM system: recording all interactions, statuses, and agreements.
We expect you to have:
- experience in telephone sales and a focus on development;
- persistence and persuasiveness: the ability to defend your position with arguments, achieving business goals, while considering the user's interests and benefits;
- experience in the automotive segment will be an advantage.
